Ok the system started having Issue. Frist it was the two hard drive Fix 9+. months ago. Besides I dont use the hard drives anymore due to the fact they make the games shutter in some games.

    Power Button issue.

Well 2 weeks ago the computer would not turn on. After one Montherboard replaced 2 weeks later. Power button lights stop working (Note plug to the cable was broken). and Friday the power button stop working so they send a tech out with power button and It dose not work so he comes back with a Motherboard and cable that gose to the Power button to Motherboard. That works. But the Keyboard lights dose not work but work before the power button stop working. We both agree it just the Keyboard lights. Well the story dose not end.

Now my My area like Atnt 7% Deadzone No Call Zone. 15 Min. Later he calls asking if he can come back. I was like sure. To replace the motherboard lol. We where like oh ok. Which dose not fix the keyboard lights. You can bend the cable a hair and it will light up.

Now they want to send it in

Both the Tech and me agree it the keyboard.

Sounds to me that FX lighting is just turned off on the keyboard. Have you tried turning it on manually using the command center? There is also a keyboard shortcut to enable and disable FX lighting. It is marked on your keyboard. I'd try that too.

I would say fix it here, or send a replacement. Been going on far to long and to many repairs. They need to send you another and be done with it.
