    Dear Alienware users,

I live in China, but I want to order a M17X R3 from the U.S. For the calculation of the shipment I need the dimensions from the M17X R3 Box (in inch or cm, doesnt matter). Many thanks in advance!

P.S. in China they have cool Alienware shops! unfortunately quite expensive... alienware boutique.jpg

    Thank you!

Yeah, next time I go there I will tell them to exchange the extinguisher :D
The shop is really cool, as well as the owner. The systems are all ready to use, get touched and examined. They also have a Nvidia 3d Vision system with steering wheel and pedal there.. next time I am gonna make some more pictures!

Hope you get the system. I was surprise at the cost of laptops in Xiamen, China when I went shopping for one. They were all several hundred dollars more than the same configuration if bought in US. I couldn't bring myself to even buy one even though company would had paid for it.

Yeah, before I came to China I assumed electronics such as laptops or mobile phones are less expensive here.. but no way, everything is even more expensive here. Also you always have to watch out for fake things... everything can be a copy here, really. Not long ago I bought a Xbox controller. I did not notice it is a fake until I used it, the vibration is bad, furthermore one of the analog sticks can be hardly used. Later I will add some comparison pictures with the original and fake controller, wanna see if you can see some difference..

For all people who think the 580m upgrade is expensive in the U.S., should have a look on the chinese alienware site. The upgrade from the 6870m to the 580m in China just costs: 1463 $...

And I’m proud to be an American,
where at least I know my Alien PC is real.
And I wont forget the men who died,
who gave that computer to me

    And I gladly stand up,
next to you and defend her still today.
‘ Cause there ain’t no doubt I love this land,
    God bless the USA.
