In the space of a week. My boot time has increased from 14 secs to 1 minute. I have no idea why. I've run MSconfig and literally the only porgrams enabled at start up are the OS and core drivers.

    Is my SSD faulty?

You can check your read and write speeds of your ssd, there are several programs for that on the benchmark thread.

MSConfig does not show everything for me. I like to use CCleaner.

    85/128 isn't bad.
Check to see if TRIM is enabled by doing the following:
    1) Open an elevated Command Prompt (Start>>type "cmd" without the quotes>>Right click "cmd.exe">>click "Run as an Administrator")
    2) In the elevated Command Prompt, type "fsutil behavior query disabledeletenotify" without the quotes and hit enter
    3) If it returns DisableDeleteNotify = 0 then TRIM is enabled. If DisableDeleteNotify = 1 then TRIM is disabled.
    4) If TRIM is disabled, in the same elevated Command Prompt type "fsutil behavior set disabledeletenotify 0" without the quotes and hit enter. Repeat step 2 to make sure DisableDeleteNotify = 0.
