So i have the latest bios/UEFI, can I downgrade to unlock or will there be an unlocked version of the latest bios/UEFI. Are there any real benefits to the unlock bios? I noticed the latest bios/UEFI i have, has an overclocking section.

An unlocked BIOS will give you plenty of hidden options. IMO any power user/ enthusiast should use an unlocked BIOS. The stock BIOS has the overclocking section, but what some users want is the ability to fiddle with power limits, power states and several other hidden settings.
I've seen few members who downgraded from A13 to unlocked A11 without issues.
One of the many advantages to using an unlocked BIOS is disabling Internal graphics if you want to run Maxwell in dedicated or any other GPU if you have the 60Hz display. Latest unlocked BIOS is A11 by SVL7.
