    Hi
I am having a very annoying issue with my alienware m17x!
Whenever my laptop is on and charging it makes this weird noise! It is not loud
but it still worries me. If I unplug the charger, the noise goes away.

Whenever my laptop is plugged in after about 10 min it will think that its not charging for like 10 seconds and then think it is charging again! This is the real problem because it causes huge performance spikes and stuff tends to freeze from time to time ! I used to think this was cause by a failing hard drive but now i am not so sure.

Any one knows what causes this and is there a way to fix this by replacing
    hardware component ?

P.S. This is not cause by a charger itself because: A) its brand new B) same problem with old charger
