So a few weeks ago I received my M17x-R2 and it has been functioning great for the most part, the only problem I have is with the sound. Often times the sound just cuts out for no reason, and the only way to get sound back is to restart the computer. I have no idea why it does this. I've also noticed that this sometimes happens when I am gaming, and thought it might be related to the heat that my GPU's are producing, but they average about 70C when I'm gaming, which surely is normalish, I hope.

Not quite sure what to do, it's a new rig so I think everything should be up to date as far as sound drivers are concerned, I'm really not sure what could be causing this other then some faulty type of card...?

I use iTunes for my music playback, and have noticed that these stoppages in sound also coincide with iTunes not even attempting to play my music, and am wondering if there is a possible connection there, however, like I said sometimes it just happens mid game when iTunes isn't even running.
