How does this score look on a stock system ??

    3DMark Score 10818 3DMarks
    SM 2.0 Score 4440
    SM 3.0 Score 5043
    CPU Score 2894
    OS Windows 7
    CPU Intel Core i5-540M Processor
    CPU Speed 2527 MHz
GPU ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4870
    Memory 4096 MB

Just as it left the factory ... must admit it's lower than i had hoped . :(

I think that looks ok for a single gpu 4870 not overclocked along the i5-540M.
As a comparison i get like 14k on vantage (where others get like 19k) with i7-720qm and crossfire hd5870 running on stock. A bit more powerful, also don't compare your settings with the results others may have posted in their signature, those have probably a faster cpu along crossfire 4870 and some intense cooling with overclocked cpu and clockspeeds and voltage adjusted on the gpus.

You're welcome, and yep signature is there now. Cheers!

Edit: The ram is probably dual channel memory, so it should give you 1333Mhz. 2x 667Mhz.

As long your system doesnt exceed 100°C during gpu stressing (gaming, benching) you should be fine, and that is the normal state for stock systems. Try running Furmark in windowed mode, let it run for like 5 minutes and observe the temps with GPU-Z then.
