I have the 1510 adapter and get stuttering when trying to stream hi-def wireless, I imagine its the same with the 1520 as well. I was wondering those who have the Intel Ultimate N 6300, have you been able to stream hi-def? I use a "N" router to my PS3 all over air.
Looking into the 6300 it appears the 3rd socket is for bluetooth, Can someone clearify that if the 6300 is installed all I would have to do is re-route the bluetooth antenna wire to the 6300 and then plug it in, and then I would have full function blue tooth and wifi? What I'm getting at is that with the 6300 you can have the pci full card size slot utilized by something else(like SSD HD or TV-tuner). That right there is enough to warrant the upgrade to the 6300.

No, the bluetooth card is separate. You will need four antenna wires to get full Wifi on the 6300 card (takes three wires) and one antenna wire for the bluetooth card. The antennae are identical for bluetooth and Wifi, however and may be interchanged. If you have four antenna wires in your laptop you're all set. If you only have three, you will have to add another one yourself.
As for streaming HD video from one wireless device to the other, I haven't tried that. Streaming "HD" videos from the internet appears to work fine, though. -
Is there a thread here for those who installed the additional antenna?

The R2 has 3 antennas installed, regardless what wlan card you got.The extra antenna is grey colored. So you got a bluewire for bluetooth then you got white/black/grey for your wlan. You will see the grey 3rd antenna spare in the loom with connector on it heatshrinked off ready for use.

Bought the n6300 from babyhemi easy to install and the gray wire was in a holder next to the card. Worth every penny my speeds are blazing. Very happy with it
like the RGBLED how I ever live without it?

I have a 6300, are there any tweaks I can do to get a faster connection? I have a Dlink N router, and connect at 150, I know I can connect at 300.
