I know - it's not really an Alienware thread... It's all about 'how to' - but I have no where else to turn :(

I have an awesome computer and a slow internet connection...

Well, it's ADSL, but I live rural - so I don't get much more than 2MB/s - but... I can get enough speeds to stream (sometimes).

Unfortunately this is few and far between (when I get good enough speeds to stream live - eg sport).

    So this is my conundrum...

I find the stream I want on a P2P site... No one else is complaining of stop starting... Only me... So I have considered it's my connection.

If I could buffer somehow - let's say 2 or 3 minutes... that might give me a bit of a decent stream...

Does anyone know how I can buffer a flash-player?

I'm really hankering for some live sport!!!
