    LOLz you talking about the eject button on our media bar? I forgot about that one too :p :) :D But what if that button doesn't work? This slotload drive no longer has the little pinhole where you stick a paperclip in it to eject the drive.

    You can go on 'My Computer', right click on the drive / eject. If that doesn't work, to a 'power drain' and try again. Finally, if none works, call Dell to fix it or if you can open it yourself, that will be the final step.

    Personally, I bought a BLU-RE from ebay for 50$ including shipment and replaced it myself (it took about an hour to change it). It works just fine without no issues...
