    Stuck at boot screen

    Hi, I'm having a problem with my AW17X R4 770M, when I try to turn on my laptop it stuck at the boot screen and then the screen goes black. I have to force shut down and switch it on again. anybody know the problem? Thanks

    I'm a newbie so I don't really know. how to get into the bios and do what?

    After you power on the laptop please start tapping on F12 to get the boot options screen and then you will see the enter setup option.
