I just took delivery of a refurbished Alienware M17x r.2 and they shipped it with the wrong power brick. I cannot for the life of me get support to send me a 240 watt brick instead of the 210watt they sent. Now my $1800 laptop is limping along in stealth mode.

Does anyone know somebody at Alienware support so I can get this resolved?

    Thanks

Just call them back and speak to a supervisor. The wrong power supply was sent. Shouldn't be that difficult =/ escalate!

A few members here had this problem and got the 240W calling Dell.
You should be able to get yours don't worry!
