Hello I just recently started having problems with heating on my laptop. I had been running with integrated graphics for a few months, then turned on my regular graphics Nvidia Geforce gtx 260m etc. Anyways I can't seem to fn f7 whatever back into regular integrated graphics when im just watching youtube videos and tv shows online. Idk if I should be doing that because isn't my graphics card supposed to be... you know helping with that stuff.

Anyways!!! To the topic on hand, I seem to be having dozens of Svchost.exe things running but one of them keeps topping the freaking charts and IS ALWAYS above everything. Idk if that is what's causing my heating problems or what but how do I fix this svchost.exe process.
