When I boot up my R3, none of the multitouch stuff works. Normal pointing works. I have to open the control panel mouse window and then synaptics works. What's up with that? Anyone know any solutions?

Check in msconfig if the Synaptics app is under the Startup tab. I'm assuming you installed Synaptics Scrybe for the multitouch. Did you uninstall the Dell Synaptics driver before installing this?

If you didn't uninstall the Dell driver, uninstall both the Dell and the Synaptics Scrype package. Run CCleaner. Reboot. Try again with just the Scrybe package.

Are you using an external mouse? I found that the touchpad stays lit/active even when you plug in an external mouse with Scrybe so I dont use it. Although it may work different on the R3.
