    This is the thread I will post some videos on about my rebuild of my M17x r2 if you all are interested. I remember on one of the threads the guy saying you can modify the X bar on the 7970m, and in this video I show how. I plan on replacing the screw and the bar in the future however, due to being out of time and money at the moment I made due with what I had.

    Looking forward to your progress. I recently bought an m17x r2 and I want to upgrade the internals. I know less than nothing when it comes to this type of stuff, trying to learn as I go. I'm trying to do as much research on my own before posting and asking for advice. Videos like this are a big help. Thanks for taking the time to make them.
