Its a long story, but Dell accidentially sent me a SECOND M17x R3 without charging me...now obviously I cannot keep it, but what do you think the chances are that they will throw me a bone (a free AMD 6970 would be nice, or at the very least give me the option to upgrade it after the fact). I bought early when the 6970 was not an option and I called a CSR, who told be that I cannot upgrade after the fact without buying a second mobile card, which is not something I am willing to do...any thoughts?

I surely hope it's not my PC they sent you... :)

They will eventually charge you though I do know someone that got a free PC that way because there was no delivery confirmation. This is complete fraud and should not be done as if they wanted to they could probably go after you in small claims court.

Agreed - OP, call them and discuss "throw me a bone" but dont expect anything. Karma is its own reward.
