    for my understanding the fastest ram u can put on the m17x is the 1333mhz
    is that true?
    I got a deal from a buddy of mine he said he could get me
    Samsung 4Gb DDR3 1333 Sodim CL9 in a really good price
    anyone tried it out, never heared about Samsung ram before , are they any good?
    of course i will get 2 of them making it 8 gig, my old ram is good but i think its time for him to be replaced.
    maybe some other brand will be better???

    branded or not, rams with the same specs will generally perform the same, an m17x user here replaced the same samsung rams with non branded one's and got a better windows index from 7.5 to 7.6 i think? i think he's user name is dookie lol.
