To All Those Who Purchased the M17x with the Vizio Wireless HD Bundle, Need some help

ok guys i ordered an M17x 3D laptop with the 580m graphics card along with the vizio wireless HD bundle. As with all Dell purchases the accessories are shipped before the laptop itself. Therefore I received my Vizio wireless HD transmitter today.

Now this is where i am a bit confused, i ordered 1 but i think they might have sent me 2. I opened the Dell packaging to find 2 boxes labeled XWH200 wireless HD kit. i opened both boxes and found that both contain the same exact things. Therefore i am assuming that they sent me 2 wireless HD kits. I have included a picture so you guys can let me know what you think.

I have a couple of concerns now. According to my invoice i was charged the correct amount, the one me and the Dell agent agreed upon. So its not like i was charged extra for them sending me an extra one. However my invoice shows two separate transactions. One of them is for the laptop and it shows the subtotal before tax, then the second transaction shows the Vizio wireless HD kit, and it also shows the subtotal before tax. I will include a copy of my invoice if this sounds a bit confusing.

What i am thinking of doing is sending back the extra one and saying that i do not want the Wireless HD Kit, and hopefully they will refund me the price and i will get my laptop even cheaper. If you guys do not think this will work, i will then sell the extra one to anyone who sends me a good offer. Remember its is brand new and includes everything. If you purchased the wireless HD transmitter and not the bundle, you can take advantage of this now.

You sure your not charged double?

 

Looks like you were charged for two kits. The kit alone is about $180 in retail store $199 at dell, but it would be less if you're getting percentage discount with your purchase. Looks like you were charged $164 each. You can call Dell to get it squared away or just see if someone in family or friends wants one. These are great by themselves.

 

yeah it looks like u got charged double for the wireless.

 

thanks for all your responses guys.... i didnt think i got charged for both at first because when i placed the order over the phone the total price was 2612 including 1 wireless HD kit.

i am on the phone with dell right now, if they do not offer me a solution i can accept i will sell to INAP seeing that he PM'ed me first
