Well I know your asking for a total, but for right now I can tell you that Eurocom is selling the 7970m for $600, with thermal pads, Diamond x thermal paste and the X bracket. You could probably order a heatsink from them as well, if not; then look on eBay or on the marketplace for a heatsink that works with the 6970m and 6990m. I had the 6970m when I ordered a year ago, upgraded to the 6990m and now waiting on Eurocom to ship me my 7970m which will work with the heatsink I already have.

    Hope this helps.

I think dell sells them for about the same price, after you include the brackets and everything else. Oddly, the 7970m costs LESS than the 6990m from dell...

What would be nice is for us Canadians is being able to order parts from Dell instead of having to pay extra through Eurocom....
