hello all. lately my alienware m17x started to have some problems. my problem is when i disconnect my Tactx mosue from the usb port, it takes approximately 7 seconds, until my touchpad starts to respond. so i tried to uninstall the tactx drivers, but now i got a unknown device in device manager.

it says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
    location :port_#0002.Hub_#0003
if i remove the device it tries to install again when i unplug my mouse. i also tried to use windows update

    hope you can help

Unplugge the Tactx then unistall. Also install the synaptic driver for your pad from Dell, it may have become corrupt
