I have recently ordered an M17x from Dell.ca and it has now been shipped. I have been trying to figure out how to track it but nothing seems to be working.

Dell.ca says to enter into my order status and then click on my order number. From there I should be able to see a tracking number and click it for a link to the shipping company. No such tracking number exists under the specified section they describe.

In the e-mail Dell sent me there is a link that says "Track this shipment." When I click on this link nothing happens.

It is not a big deal or anything, but I am wondering if maybe it has to do with the fact that I am ordering from Canada. If anyone has any idea how I can track my shipment I would appreciate the info :]

Usually it takes 24 hours starting from the first business day of shipment to track the order through Purolator

I found it very easy to track to be honest and once its shipped it should reach you by 2-5 business days at the most.

The best way to do it is to go to dell.ca and on the top right set up an account using the email you ordered your laptop with.

Once you have that set up: go to this link for dell.ca
    https://support.dell.com/support/supporthistory/search.aspx?c=ca&cs=cadhs1&l=en&s=gen&~ck=anavml

Sign in and click the my order status in the middle of the screen and it should let you track it via the information there. If it does not simply register your order # etc and it'll auto-update.

Just make sure you use the SAME email if you should have any tech support issues in the future and all your part dispatches and their tracking codes will all also be found using your login at their site and navigating to the proper tab/menu options.
