    Hi i have recently bought a refurbished m17x r2 from the us however i started having several problems with it. is it possible to transfer the warranty to Romania and get it repaired there.

    so i just fill the form and my warranty will work in Romania i don't see Alienware in the product type should i choose xps notebook.

    I suppose you can try, they know what the machine is based off the service tag. Otherwise, give them a call. I'm sure they can help you.

    Omg thank you so much for showing me this, I also purchased a laptop from the USA, I didnt know you could transfer the warranty!!.

    Just a quick question, if you are still under the 21day return policy and transfered the warranty what happens? does it continue as 21 days or does it get void.

    No Alienware option just leave it as it is.

    I've always choosen NBD as service level.

    As far as I know there is no Dell/Alienware official support in Romania, there is an official distributor but I don't know the extent of warranty they offer. Better call them and ask about this.
