I'm having trouble installing the latest 13.3 beta 3 driver. It installs fine and all, I followed this:

Uninstall all AMD through the manager
Disable wireless and boot into safe mode
Driver Sweep all AMD registries and the rest of the drivers
Delete any remaining graphics with AMD through device manager
    Reboot and install, then reboot.

Is there something I'm doing wrong? It all installs fine... however the games are very sluggish. Like they're running off the battery or something.. not sure what to exactly do about it? I hear this is better than the Beta 6 I was running. I am using the mobility driver btw from AMD's site.

Do a clean install of the DELL driver and then without uninstalling the driver, install the latest one from AMD (the beta that you wish to try).

Ok... I'll have to give that a try.

EDIT: I can't find a 7970m driver from Dell. Can anyone direct me?

Edit 2: found it.. tried your advice.. did not work. Crysis 2 is now not working and lags like it's on battery, Crysis 3 fps is around 15-20 fps.. crysis 2 is at a solid 20 fps.. if not less now. I dunno what went wrong or what may be going on. I have it in 7970m only mode. No overclocks and such.. Went and uninstalled countless drivers, wiped them with driver sweeper in safe mode.. etc and reinstalled. It feels as if I'm never going to get Crysis 2 or 3 working again. Other games work fine, then start lagging a minute or two in like Crysis 2 and 3 like they are on battery.

Please guys.. if someone can help. This thread has a crap ton of views, any help is appreciated.

Thanks so much for finally responding! So, is ccleaner any different from driver sweeper?

It'll clean your whole system. not just drivers. Very effective and using it since 2009 without a issue.

Very nice. I haven't used Ccleaner. I used driver sweeper it wipes out registries, drivers, leftover amd folders, etc. I found out my issue. My fn+f7 needed to be tweaked and restarted a few times. It finally worked once I had the "Enduro" mode enabled that had both cards enabled.
