    Trouble with AlienFX

    AlienFX works just fine, with one exception. The word "ALIENWARE' on the LCD only seems to show up in red, yellow, or white-ish. I've had my M17X R3 for a week or so and already had Dell service out 4 times (long story). Could this just be an AlienFX glitch or is the LED possibly broken?

    It's not the biggest issue but I'd like it to match the ice blue on the rest of the rig!

    It might be problem with the LED indicator.
    If you have reinstalled the software and this continues to happen (especially if the reinstall counts a reinstall of windows) then it's definitely a hardware problem
