    Hey all,
I use my M17x r4 as my main PC, and I was thinking of buying one of the Dell Ultra wide monitors.

I have noticed in the main game that I play (Mechwarrior Online, CryEngine 3) that while using the main panel on the laptop (1920x1080) it runs at 60fps on ultra, yet on my 1920x1200 monitor it drops considerably to around 40-50.

Has anyone tried one of these big widescreens on this set up? Just curious of other peoples thoughts on the performance of the M17x R4 while using one of these 2560x1080 behemoths.

    Thanks for your advice guys!

Haven't seen much of that. It would be good to get the feedback on that set-up. Perhaps the GFX quality would have to be dropped a bit to get more FPS.
