Is it worth it to upgrade from the GTX 285's to the 5870's?
What parts are needed and what is the cost?
I have no problem doing the install myself.
    I have a M17x R2.

    Thanks

I dont think its worth it. It is worth waiting to see if the 6970 xfire config gets figured out for our R2's though.

I was just looking at NotebookCheck.net and it shows them very close except 1 test so I guess I will not worry about. I'm sure my money will be better spent buying an SSD drive.

    Thanks
