    Why do you feel you need an AC band card? Do you have an AC router? Without an AC router, there is no point. And I think the only AC cards out only support Windows 8.

    The Broadcom 4352 should work, not sure about the OS support though.

    the intel Ac 7260 card has full windows 7 vista and 8 support. and is like 40 bucks on ebay.

    Interesting thread, myself I was waiting for a 3 band AC card from mebe Qualcomm or intel or as a last resort a broadcom, however I have noticed the apple AC performs very poorly on the m17xr4 with killer wifi n as opposed to the 5th gen AEBS (I know that is rated for n-450, but so is the AC?) have you noticed the same?

    I really don't see the point of wireless ac as most internet connections (like 99.99999% of the world's internet connections) will not reach anywhere near these speeds...
