    Upgrading RAM

    yes these will work. These aren't faster or better than the stock ones.

    You could just keep your existing 4 gigs and add 2 x 4gigs for a total of 12gigs.

    Getting to ram slots 3 and 4 takes a little more work though

    Its pretty easy :) just need to be extra careful coz of the cables.

    Tip is its all the screws with the "I" next to it. It was kinda hard to tell that from the service guide.

    the service guide didn't tell me anything really except to take the battery out and two screws to remove the back panel. I got my info from youtube...someone posted a vid on how to get to ram slot 3 and 4.

    At first i thought i only had 2 slots which was extremely disappointing but i later saw that ram 3 and 4 were empty in the bios

    I marked all the screws that needed to be removed to access the ram slots at the bottom of the keyboard.
