Hey i am planning on getting the R3 and wanted to upgrade the ram and the hard drive. I had some questions since I have never upgraded any of my laptops before. I wanted to ask how easy/difficult is it for the model, i hear two of its memory slots are hard to reach. Where is the preinstalled memory at- the hard to reach slots or at the easier to reach ones. Also if i want to upgrade to a hybrid 500gb drive would it be a good idea to install it as an additional drive or does it have to be the primary hard drive( with the OS on it) for it to make a performance difference.

You can download the user manual, and it has pictures for you to follow. Both should be relatively easy. Main thing to usually watch out for is the ribbons if you ever have to detach keyboards or any other peripherals.

The manual is on the OP of the user's lounge. GL!
