Sorry to hear about the accident, hope you alright. Was the machine running when you got into the accident? second, was there any physical damage to the laptop? just trying to narrow down what would be causing the issues.

It is possible that laptop is slightly damaged. But I believe that you Windows is badly installed.

At first, you should use USB flash drive to install windows. It is the safest way to so it. It has no scratches etc. You can download iso file of your distributive of windows 7 legally. search forum for such thread.

also, download from intel latest F6 driver of IRST (for diskette). The go to my computer, update driver manually, search for folder where you unzipped driver and tell it to update.

about bios problems... how many HDD bays are in your laptop?

@ bigtony : when i got accident, there was only my hdd in my bag,i took it out,so there was no damage to my entry laptop except the hdd

@james i using the win 7 including with my system, and its the first time i using that installion dvd,so the disc is ok,i guess
im not so sure about the usb flash drive, havent try it before,my lap has 2 bays

P/s i trying to use HDD regenerator to fix my hdd right now, hope it can fix the factory image

1 more things,my friend use hiren boot or something like that to install a clean win7 to my lap,and the installation speed was normal, about 10m-15m
im very thankful for your attention to my prolem

@GUYS i just try to re install a clean win7 after remove 1 4g ram, because i read it some where on the internet, people said install win7 had conflict with system have more than 4g ram,and it work, take me 25m to finish install win7 and the laggy is gone
