Hi, that's a strange command to be executed at shutdown.

First is a virus check. Then I'd start by looking at what is in the startup using ccleaner. You can disable and restart to see if you have found it.

Finally if none of that works have a look at running services. Enter services.msc in the run box and sort by startup type. Look through the running services for anything that looks strange or has no description. You can change the startup type to manual.

    After that I'm stumped :(.

    Good Luck.

Pretty sure it is the Command Centre crashing, mine just started as well out of the blue. I am thinking it is due to a windows update possibly or some other software update as it just seemingly came out of nowhere, but my money is on windows.

I had the same thing happen to me last night. I noticed before I shut down that the keyboard lights had stopped working and when I did shut down I got a similar message, something about waiting for cmd.exe to close. Today I don't have a problem but it does sound like it is Command Centre related.

I found out the problem ,mine cause by the nvdia geforce experience,i disable it in startup program ,then the error gone.
I disable all startup program and enable one by one and restart eachtime to check .
Maybe can give this solution a try.
