This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Using Ingrater's plugin with the m17x R3

    I've been trying to get this plugin working in WinAmp with my R3 for a few hours now but I keep getting the "no alienfx device found" error. I've checked through most of the 73 pages of the main thread, as well as followed his tutorial for setting it up with a new device, but I've followed it to the letter with no luck. Could someone please upload their plugin files if you have it working on the R3? Thanks.

    Okay, FINALLY I got it working. Here's the devices XML file, copy it into notepad, save it as an XML file, and put it in appdata/roaming/winamp/plugins. Save the file as alienfx_vis_devices.xml.
