What model of laptop do you have? If it is something that Dell sold with a 6970 in it, then yeah, you could go that route. Google 'GPU flash recover'. You'll get a bunch of hits.
-
m17x r3 is my model sorry didnt place that in there. I searched on google but not that specific i guess il try that route. But to others anyone could give me a specific route for fix. Thanks Turbod il try in the meanwhile.

Lets drop the comments on calling dell and telling them that 'hey my computer is not working'. Doing so based on your choice to flash your VBIOS is fraud - unless you are planning to tell them the cause, in which case the response will most likely be - sorry, we cant help you.

As to fixing your issue, I'll poke around the forum and if I find a few reference links, I'll add them to the thread. -
This may help you out.

Is your USB stick DOS bootable?
-
yes its bootable lol or i cant use atiflash. jhonny tried that still cant find the file lol. Do i have to place the drive key? here is the command and what i see as error.
atiflash -p -f 0 Ori.bin
File Ori.bin not found
ERROR 0FL04 : press 1 to continue -

No, it appears that all you need to do is put the vbios file in the same folder/directory as atiflash.exe. The vbios file should be the original vbios for your 6970M. If you don't have it, there are plenty of duplicates around.
-
Ok i got it flashed for some reason im not sure why but once i named the bios into bios.bin it worked lol. Hopefully it boots now. THANK YOU EVERYONE. This has gotten me some grey hairs(they were there already but a good thing to blame them on). And this is why i love this forum lol gets done around here. (sorry if cursing is not allowed).
