I'm formatting my computer...Ive been having problems here and there. My question is, which driver is more stable? Dell's 257.38 or Nvidia's 260.99?

Also, I've been having problems with my battery. It doesn't always charge on it's own. Sometimes I'd have to reset the whole system (by removing battery and holding the power button). Any idea on whats causing this?

    Thanks

    Oles Chiefs,

Yeh give that driver a go once you have freshly installed the OS again. That driver seems to be working pretty well for the majority so far. Quite stable.

As for your battery charging problems which system bios are you currently running on? I'm guessing A05. (I had the same not charging battery issues with system bios A05). If so you might want to revert back to A03 as that was the most stable and best working system bios for the M17x R1 machines.

    Good Luck!

    Cheers. :)
