Recently did a fresh install of Windows 7 Home Premium on my M17x R3 and when running WEI assessment I get an error saying that the video playback could not be measured. About 5 minutes after the WEI assessment failure I get a BSOD. The blue screen doesn't display long enough for me to read anything off of it but here's the post-BSOD log:

It's all just mumbo jumbo to me but perhaps some of you can make something of it.

I've already verified that all of the appropriate drivers have been installed and that they're all up to date. I've also verified that all the appropriate WinSAT files are there. I've even run a ePSA Pre-boot system diagnostics with the extended memory test. I have no third party media players or video codecs installed yet and I've tried to detach all devices.
Here's the winsat.log for your reference:

Again, all mumbo jumbo to me.

    Here are my system details:
    Alienware M17x R3
    Intel Core i7-2630QM @ 2.00GHz
    16GB (4 x 4GB) Corsair DDR3 1333MHz
    120GB OCZ Agility 3
    320GB Seagate
    Windows 7 Home Premium (Dell/Alienware OEM) SP1
    BIOS version A04
Integrated graphics: Intel HD Graphics 3000
Dedicated graphics: nVidia GeForce GTX 460M

Thanks in advance for any insight and/or suggestions!

Is the SSD a 3rd party add-on? Which drive bay is it in? (some people can only use the SSD in Bay 1). Also saw some folks can only get things working if the system is set to ACHI mode instead of RAID in the bios.

I got a ton of errors when I first got my SSD and could not run WEI. Games ran but some native Windows programs would not run, I ended up installing a fresh Windows 7 w/SP1 and it worked fine. You may just need to re-install. I know you just did it but you may have to again.

I wish you well in your troubleshooting.

    Cheers,

Thanks for the well wishes and for the reply as well.

The SSD is a third party add-on and I currently have it running in bay 1 and the SATA controller is currently set to AHCI as well. If no other solution presents itself I may just have to do a reinstall of Windows again.
