    Hello folks

Recently I've done restore to the factory image using the Alienrespawn, and noticed, that the WEI number for gaming graphics dropped a bit, before it was 7,4 now 7,2.. I start it to recalculate, but it fails at the end due to some error saying "cannot compute due to some program, windows, or driver error". I know that WEI is "kind of joke" and not reliable benchmark but why the test fails. It just must complete it without this error. Did factory image restore 2 times after that but the same error during this test. What is wrong? By the way, it fails on the last step when it calculates HDD performance, but WEI for HDD shows as before, 5,9.

Any ideas and advises very appreciated

    Thank you in advance,

    Cheers

I'm nit sure if the ATI cards work the same way in regards to the SLI feature on Nvidia cards. But after I reformatted my cards had SLI disabled so when I did my WEI test my graphics were low. After I enabled SLI the score came back up.

Crossfire is enabled by default. I also tried disabling/enabling. But why the test cant be completed. I have fresh install at the moment, after installing all important updates I'll give it an 3DMark run to see the real situation with graphics score

OK, I've performed 3dmarks 06 and Vantage, and the scores are good, Vantage is almost the same, 06 even scored 340 points more, so the system performs as it should.

I really have no idea why WEI is lowered and the test fails

Just don't mind WEI,it doesn't have an impact on anything anyway.
WEI will show what drivers tells it to show so it might need some time/upgrades to have the "right" score but as long as your system performs as a star then you should not worry about that.

    cheers

Yes, I agree. There are other ways to estimate and see the system's performance. Now my WEI shows system as not rated yet, and I will not rate it more :D
