Ok so i have somehing thats bugging me...

GPU #0 (primary ...left side?) shows:
    51°c temp
    2-7% load
    550Mhz
    875 Memory
Exhaust/fan is blowing out HOT air

GPU #1 (the reserve ...right side?) shows:
    30-33°c
    100% load.
    300Mhz
    400 Memory
Exhaust/fan is blowing out COOL air.

I monitored this with HWiNFO32 and GPU-Z while my laptop was idle on "balanced" power mode for 15 minutes give or take... what the hell is wrong with these numbers?

Laptop seems to be running fine and doesnt feel hotter than usual but the damned GPU fans are slowly pissing me off...

PS.Stealth mode is NOT active and never was (until today i never had this problem and my laptop would just be silent while idle/on low power consumption plan)

Strange seems like both cards are misbehaving. On idle the clocks should be
    GPU Core 250 MHz
    GPU Memory 200MHz
Have you got powerplay enabled? if not do so

Maybe it's time for you to format and do a clean install. Sometimes programs, games, and other things you download and install mess up the registry and running apps and confuse the drivers into doing things they are not supposed to like running the fans even though they should be idle.

Powerplay is always enabled and i doubt i have to do a clean install... did it less than a month ago.

After i rebooted the GPUs are at #0 - 300/400 _ #1 - 200/250 atm.. lets hope this was a one time only thing..

Karuro if you notice clocks stuck again a quick remedy is to use AMD GPU Clock tool .Just open tick same clock settings for all devices & then hit the restore default clocks.Save you fooling about. ;)

Any other manifestations? Do games run smooth?
I have a similar problem in addition to CF issues.
What if you exit HWinfo and load GPU-Z instead? Will the clock be displayed differently?
