So basically after getting a comesticly damaged laptop
I, after a month or so got a replacement and the replacement itself is defective*screens dull* *whites are yellow* so after trying to talk to support for 1.5 months

They Put a hold on my account and requested i send one of the systems back
either the original which had cosmetic damage or the defective screen one

I don't know whether i should send the replacement which has no data in it
or the one i got alot of data in.

I called within the replacement policy period and i should get a replacement,
But i don't know if they are trying to delay this on purpose by changing my tech support guy once in a while and making me talk to another one

What should i do to get his resolved fast and to get a new working system
since Alienwares are like the Ferrari of computers and getting a Ferrari with a ding or some factory defects is not good 'If you get a damaged Ferrari they replace it'

Any advice guys, from personal experinces etc.

For starters, send back the system you got replaced, that's a priority, after that call tech support and tell them your display is defective, they'll most likely send you a tech with a replacement display at your home in a few days.

I agree, snap photos and take video before the return. You have two system, correct? Where you supposed to cross ship the other one? In either case it sounds like you're having some uncommon issues. Mine did arrive perfect and has been flawless except for the optical drive going out the escapade I had with the tech after that. I can't really get too upset about a drive going out, it happens to me once a year for some reason on one of my computers.

Like someone else said, send back the original one you received. Dell is probably thinking you are trying to rip them off or something and put a hold on your account. This is not good.

Swap the hard drives if necessary to keep all your data on the machine not being sent back first. Then once they receive that machine, call in and ask for a replacement for the replacement.

I know Dell is kinda strict about that 10 day return policy on "broken" parts after they send out replacement parts. And if it was a whole system, it's really no wonder they are all over you lol. Anyway, yeah send one back and go from there. I dont think your going to get very far in trying to get them to send you a 3rd system when you still have 2.

Yes for Heavens sake why would you keep both system after they sent a replacement system? So you paid for one and you have kept two. What would you think it you sold it on ebay and sent a replacement and the guy wanted a third but only paid for one? Back up your stuff or swap HD's like Prossessed73 said and send the first one back ASAP or your going to end up in trouble. And hope Dell will work with you and you haven't pushed to far. Good luck. This is the only advice you will get from here.
