    Hey,

    ive seen 100's of unpacking videos of M17x, and all of them came with a cap, a keyboard, a mouse.etc.


    but when i asked the cutomer care today, they said only the laptop and a charger comes. :/

    UH. you get a mousepad and alienware hat as swag thats it.

    /backpack/ keyboard / mouse you could get as swag if you haggle.

    1. Alienware mousepad
    2. Alienware M17x velvet laptop sleeve cover thingy
    3. Alienware stickers
    4. Alienware driver disc
    5. Alienware windows 7 disc
    6. Alienware instruction manual, sealed in plastic
    7. Alienware Baseball cap

    and at the very bottom of the box, the guys at Dell left some kind of screw in there. I'll take a pic of it later, but it doesn't seem to go to my M17x. It's just a random stray screw in the bottom of the box :D
