I got rid of my desktop and picked up a laptop from a buddy of mine and will be taking it to school and what not. The biggest fear for me right now is getting the laptop stolen when I am not paying attention. To put this fear to sort of an ease I bought LoJack for my laptop. Unfortunately I cant seem to find it in BIOS. There is absolutely nothing that shows Computrace in bios on any of the tabs. I called Alienware and they dont seem to want to help me and say I need to contact Absolute, which is the people that made the LoJack. I called Absolute and they said that Alienware should have put something into the BIOs to prevent someone from wiping the hard drive and getting rid of the lojack. I am going back and forth between them and getting extremely frustrated.

Does anyone know how to get Computrace put into your BIOs? Is it possible that it is hidden? How do I unhide it to make sure its working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated because I doubt I am going to get any from Alienware or Absolute, even though I bought both of their products. LOL :(

I checked and can verify that Computrace is in AO3 BIOS.

Unfortunately, I can't explain why it isn't in yours. Try updating or downgrading your BIOS and see if that works.
