    Does anyone have info on this. We ran into the same issue with ASUS and eventually someone obtained it for us. It was locked to ASUS hardware but it worked.

    Or is there a way to extract it from the original image on the drive that came with the system?

    R4DW2 PowerDVD 3D 9.6, Remote Media 1.6

    smartsource.dell.com is what you need.

    It will allow you to download whatever your system came with but wasn't included in the system disks.

    When I called Dell to the get hard media of stuff that was missing, they told me this is the only way to get it nowdays.
