Hello, I just recently got the M17x R4 with the 7970m and I had a question about knowing which graphics card is running. I only have been playing Diablo 3, but for some reason I don't think the 7970m is running. Is there a program I can use to check this, or a setting to make it so only that graphics card is working and not the Intel HD 4000?

    Thank you,

A newly registered notebookreview member :p

It is a very odd setup between the 7970 and igpu. Most games recognize the igpu but in actual game play it runs off the 7970. I know this because I can play all the games I have on ultra settings without issue.

Alright, thanks for your answer. It must be Diablo 3 because after a minute the lag goes away, and I have everything on max including shadows and its running perfectly smooth.

Also another question? Do you know what your average temps are for idling?
