Which should I get? Help Please

I am looking to purchase one of these today! I am pretty excited about my decision to go with Alienware. I will use it to play Football Manager, Civilization, and similar games. My wife will use it to play Diablo and Starcraft and similar games. We have saved for this purchase and we picked Alienware because we love the look, options, customizable options, and build. And we want one that will play the type of games we like for a few years. I am not sure which model to go with. The only difference between the 2 is the screen I think. Can you all give me some feedback and suggestions? Also, if you think I should go with a different model for what we need it for, please send me suggestions. I think either one would be good for what you want it for. The 1070 is a bit under powered for 2560x1440 gaming. As games progress it will be hard to run at native resolution and ultra settings. but of course not everyone wants to run everything at ultra. I'd sacrifice in the screen department and get a gtx 1080 equipped version. a 1080p with higher refresh rate is a great screen still. also there are much better deals on ebay and the warranty transfers so if there is something wrong down the line it has that going for it.
