    Hi,

I can't get my GPU beyond the 60c, it simply crashes before it reaches (screen goes in 1 different color, sound freeze), which makes me force shutdown.

What I've done so far to fix it:

-System restored to the state it was shipped.

-Cleaned out fans with air duster.

-Put coolpad with 3 fans under it, makes it also stand 10 cm from surface. -4c

-Fan speed boost with HWiNFO64. Which works the best, takes -20c. But effects my sound and after a while the program won't respond at all with fans spinning at maximum of 4100 RPM. Only way to fix is a forced shutdown.

Also, I've taken out the GPU some months ago and accindently disconnected the GPU from the heatsink with the thermal paste on it. But it worked all well, till 3th of may, when summer kind of kicked in the Netherlands.

I'm going to follow the repasting guide found on this forum. But shouldn't my GTX 580m easly be able to handle +70c?

I've used that guide before system restore. Temperature went to 65c before crashing. Might as well use it again.

    Thank you for your reply.
