You need to install from Device manager i believe.

Start>Device manager>Network Adaptors>double click on your wirless card>then select Driver tab> Update drivers.

When i did a fresh install, just installing the driver wouldnt work. Find out what network card you have(should be listed in device manager under network adaperts, usually the bottom of the network adapters list. Mine is Dell1501) go to dell downlaods and drivers, download the correct driver and unzip to your desktop, then go to device manager, network adaptors, double click, go to drivers, then select the update tab, then select search my computer to manually update driver and navigate your way to the desktop to find the driver.

    Thsi should work.

Heres the link for the Drivers and downloads from Dell.
