    Ever since I updated to windows 8.1 I've been getting rubber banding and a bunch of teleporting in multiplier games. I also have the Broadcom 5G Network card.

    I have had the same issues. Look in the 18x forum they have had an ongoing WiFi thread it has helped alittle...
