    Wifi/Windows 7 Slow Speed but not in safe mode?

    Hey guys anyone out there have this problem and know how to fix it? I have a 6300 card and Windows 7 home, the problem is my WIFI runs extremely slow then fast the slow again it does not stay consistant. Now my wifes laptop which is way cheaper than mine runs constant at 10mbps down which is what our providers gives us. Now mine will do that but only in SAFE mode, it runs just fine and stays at 10mbps down. I reinstalled windows and still have the same problem my drivers are all up todate also.
    Any ideas??
