From what stated here ARK | IntelĀ® Core , it can only handle 1333MHZ max, but i saw someone here their i7 740qm can handle up to 1600MHz. And if not, do i have to change anything like bios or sumethin to make it support 1600MHz?

I had my Kingston rams @ 1600MHz with 720QM, but it was overclocked on FSB.
I shoul also mention that i was using ASUS G73JH not M17x, don't know how well M17x cpu overclocks yet.

I know that stock they will run at 1333MHz max.
You have to OC to reach 1600.
