Just new to the forum, I've been researching about the M17x 3D glasses since im considering buying the awesome m17x R3 Rig when it comes out again... I'm just really wondering if the 3D glasses will go over my current glasses? I don't use contact lenses... and pretty much been using glasses all my life... if it's not gonna fit i'm practically will just go for the non-3d Version of the M17x R3.

I would say it would depend on how big and what style your glasses are, they will fit over some of the smaller lense/frame styles I've seen but the glasses my grandparents wore(large aviator/coke bottle lense style) wouldn't stand a chance.

Interesting video I got from youtube
YouTube - NVIDIA 3D Vision Glasses
around 3:55 it shows how it would fit 4 eyed people, are these the same ones that comes with the M17x?

Yup exact same glasses, as you can see they would fit a lot of styles but if you have big bulky frames/lenses they may not fit.

I wear glasses and have tried many times the 3D glasses, it's a pain to the point that I won't buy the 3D bundle just because of that as I won't use it. Only once holographic 3D truly picks-up will we have real 3D. Until then it's still a gimmick to me.

Ever since i was in High school i wanted to try wearing contacts... It was just so hard for me to touch my own eye! My 2 older sister uses contacts everyday and it's just a part of them now... they tried helping me... they'll put it on for me but i just can't get them out! hhahaha i have like a phobia for contacts or i guess just touching my own eye! ;( Just used glasses... probably do a laser eye surgery when i get fed up using glasses. But Glasses gives me more character more like a +3 Intelligence. hehe

its not like a major prob not to know how to wear them but really its simple and you'll get use to them by the time .. and if you're not up to the laser surgery you'll have to pick the best glasses that goes under the 3d ones and good luck mate ;)

    Thanks for the link!

Man, I was cracking up when his eyes slowly blinked. And then seconds later he was blinking at 120hz or something. Hilarious!

I want holographic 3D like when luke skywalker opens that thingy from r2d2 that displays princess leia asking for ben kenobi hahaha.
