    Hi Guys,

I just got my new m17x but apparently I wanted my 500GB HDD to be partitioned to two parts. Does anyone know the steps on how to do this for my m17x? Also, in line with this question, how do I recover all the programs and drivers installed prior to the partitioning process.

    Thanks!!

Right click on Computer and choose Manage. Then go to Disk Management, right click on the partition and select Shrink Volume, choose the size and apply. Then from the created unallocated space create a new partition and you're set ;)

Thanks alot for your reply. I have been looking for answers most especially that I bought my Alienware in Japan. The support is all in Japanese. :D
